HERO’s Director of Health & Science Policy Selected as Global Expert for 2013 Kidney Disease Conference in Mexico City

AndemKDIGO is a global non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the care and outcomes of kidney disease patients worldwide.

Dr. Andem Effiong, HERO Network’s Director of Health & Science Policy has been invited as expert to the KDIGO’s 2013 conference held in Mexico city in December. 

This KDIGO Conference will bring together approximately 45 esteemed experts with the goals to summarize the state of  knowledge of renal palliative care, discuss what recommendations can be derived from the available knowledge, and assess what needs to be undertaken in the future to improve the evidence base for clinical management.
